From factory, models supported by the G4X MR2Link V2-3 Plug-In ECU may be fitted with a suitable IAT sensor. The G4X MR2Link V2-3 Plug-In ECU supports several options for fitting of an IAT sensor. Any one of the following options can be used:
1.Factory IAT – Some models have a factory IAT sensor located in or near the inlet manifold. This will be connected to AnTemp3. The temperature sensor located in the air box is not suitable for IAT.
2.IAT Through Factory Wiring - The temperature sensor located in the air box can be discarded. The IAT sensor can be wired to the air box temperature sensor plug, this is connected to AnTemp2.
1.IAT Through Expansion Connector - The expansion connector provides ground and input channels, spare An Volt channels can be used as temperature inputs when a pullup resistor (to +5V) is added.
